Decoliv – Crescent Mall Branch
The major renovation and "turnkey" delivery of the **Decoliv** store, located in **Crescent Mall**, was successfully executed by **Man-G Design and Construction**.
As part of the project, the complex electrical and lighting infrastructure of the space was built from scratch. High-quality fit-out works were performed in full compliance with the brand's aesthetic standards and the mall's strict operational regulations.
Modern and Aesthetic Retail Environment
Our primary goal for the **Decoliv** store project at **Crescent Mall** was to create an elegant, safe retail environment aligned with the brand’s corporate identity. We began the process by completely dismantling existing partitions and obsolete engineering utilities. We then reshaped the interior using specialized fire-resistant materials, aesthetic MDF cladding, and precise color palettes.
The installation of a complex electrical network from scratch—including modern track lighting infrastructure and security systems—enhanced both the visual appeal and the operational integrity of the space. This short-term "turnkey" project represents a perfect harmony of aesthetic requirements and engineering precision.
