Fatmayi Villa – Major Renovation and Insulation
During the renovation of this country house located in the village of Fatmayi in Baku, special attention was paid to both aesthetics and climate comfort. In this project with a total area of 266 m², special thermal insulation systems were installed in the roof and ceiling areas, and the attic floor was brought to a fully functional state.
Natural wooden floors and a custom-built wooden staircase were used in the interior to create a 'Country House' atmosphere. Smoothing the walls (putty) and painting them with high-quality emulsion paint added a sense of spaciousness to the house.
Energy-Efficient and Warm House
The biggest problem in country houses is usually insulation. In this project, we minimized the house's energy loss by covering the ceiling and attic sections with a special insulation layer. Now, the homeowner enjoys a stable room temperature regardless of the season.
