Novkhani Villa Rough Construction
This project we executed in Novkhani is a modern villa distinguished by its spacious area of 313 square meters and solid reinforced concrete structure. Every stage, from the excavation of the foundation to the insulation of the roof covering, was carried out based on professional workmanship and precise engineering calculations. By using high-quality sawn stone and formwork-reinforcement systems that ensure seismic resistance in construction, we have created a living space that is both safe and long-lasting.
Project Result
The rough construction phase of this villa in Novkhani, with a total area of 313 square meters, was completed with high engineering standards from the foundation to the roof covering. By using 40 cm sawn stone masonry and a monolithic concrete structure in the project, the seismic resistance and thermal insulation of the building were fully ensured. As a result, a long-lasting, sound structure fully ready for the next renovation stages was created.
