Rossmann – Ganja Mall Branch
The major renovation and "turnkey" delivery of the new international **Rossmann** drugstore chain branch, located in **Ganja Mall**, was successfully executed by **Man-G Design and Construction**.
Within the scope of the project, existing engineering and communication networks were completely upgraded, and high-quality fit-out works were carried out in full compliance with international retail standards and the mall's strict operational regulations.
Modern Retail Space Experience
In the project we executed for Rossmann, the goal was not merely a cosmetic update, but the creation of a safe and functional retail space that fully meets international standards.
We completely stripped the facility of previous finishes and outdated engineering systems—bringing it back to its core shell—and rebuilt it from the ground up. The installation of new HVAC, complex fire sprinkler, and electrical systems according to the store's requirements ensured the technical capacity and safety of the space. Furthermore, precise fit-out and finishing works based on the client's corporate concept gave the venue a modern, bright, and aesthetic appearance.
