Shuvelan Villa – Finishing and Renovation Works
The Man-G Design & Construction team carried out complex completion works in a private residential house located in Shuvelan. The main goal of the project was to bring the building's engineering systems (electricity, water, heating) to a fully operational state and increase the durability of the facade.
The roof of the house was insulated with the 'Masterseal 525' system, the rainwater system (gutters) was renewed, and the damp parts of the walls were restored. Also, landscaping works were carried out in the backyard, carbonate stones were laid at the entrance, and the gate was painted
Renewed Engineering Systems
After the renovation, all vital systems in the house – Combi boiler, Electricity, and Hydrophore – are operating in an automated mode. Every detail, from the painting of the gas pipes to the intercom system, was examined and renewed. The house is now fully comfortable for both the summer and winter seasons.
