Təndir Payım
The "Təndir Payım" project, which merges our national culinary traditions with modern standards, is an outstanding example of how our company masterfully synthesizes complex engineering solutions with aesthetic design for the food and catering industry. The main objective of this project was to create a production and retail space that satisfies high sanitary-hygienic standards, addresses specific engineering demands, and establishes a warm, welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Completely reconstructed on a "turnkey" basis, the old infrastructure of the venue was fully dismantled and renewed. Within the scope of the project, specialized fire-resistant materials were utilized, sophisticated ventilation and safety systems were installed, and the ergonomics of the space were calculated down to the finest detail for the comfort of both staff and customers.
Modern Standards and Traditional Concept
The final result of the "Təndir Payım" project delivers a technical zone ensuring a safe, high-speed production process, alongside a comfortable and aesthetically appealing customer presentation zone. The entire construction and renovation workflow was executed in compliance with food safety regulations.
Throughout the project, the venue's wall and floor tiles were replaced with premium-grade, easy-to-clean ceramic and tile materials, while moisture- and heat-resistant drywall systems were integrated into the ceiling layout. A powerful, custom-engineered extractor and ventilation (HVAC) network was established to effectively neutralize the intense heat coming from the clay oven (tandir) and baking zones. The display storefront was completed in a style that infuses modern layout with traditional accents reflecting the brand's identity, enriched by extensive indoor and outdoor lighting systems.
