Tandir Payim
The "Tandir Payim" project, which combines our national culinary traditions with modern standards, is one of the finest examples of how our company masterfully synthesizes complex engineering solutions with aesthetic design for the food industry and catering facilities. The main goal in this project was to create a production and sales space that meets high sanitary-hygienic standards, has specific engineering requirements, and creates a warm, inviting atmosphere for customers.
In the space completely reconstructed on a "turnkey" basis, the old infrastructure was entirely demolished and renewed. Within the framework of the project, special fire-resistant materials were used, complex ventilation and security systems were installed, and the ergonomics of the space were calculated down to the finest details for the comfort of both staff and customers.
Modern Standards and Traditional Concept
The final result of the "Tandir Payim" project is both a technical zone ensuring a safe and fast production process, and a comfortable, aesthetic visual presentation zone for buyers. The entire renovation and construction process was carried out in accordance with food safety regulations.
As part of the project, the wall and floor coverings of the space were replaced with high-quality, easy-to-clean ceramic and tile materials, while moisture and heat-resistant plasterboard systems were applied to the ceiling construction. Specifically, to neutralize the intensive heat in the tandoor and cooking areas, a specially designed powerful exhaust and ventilation (HVAC) network was installed. The showcase part of the facade was completed in a style that is modern yet incorporates national details in line with the brand's concept, and the space was enriched with both interior and exterior lighting systems.
