VIP Meeting Room
The VIP Meeting Room project, located in Terminal 1 of **Heydar Aliyev International Airport**, is one of the finest examples of our company's ability to combine visual aesthetics with complex engineering solutions. Executed within the international airport area—where security regulations and operational protocols are extremely strict—the goal of this project was to create an ultra-modern, conceptual, and functional meeting hall suitable for receiving international guests and high-ranking delegations.
Carried out on a "turnkey" basis, the process involved completely resetting the existing infrastructure. We delivered a corporate space meeting international standards, featuring specialized acoustic solutions, complex three-tier ceiling systems, premium veneer wall panels, and custom-engineered furniture.

The final result of the VIP "Meeting Room" project we executed in Terminal 1 of Heydar Aliyev International Airport is a fully equipped, ultra-modern space that reflects the representative status required for receiving international delegations. Commissioned on a "turnkey" basis within the airport's strict security regulations, this room embodies a flawless balance between complex functionality and visual sophistication.
Layihə çərçivəsində məkanın akustikası və arxitekturası 3 mərtəbəli xüsusi tavan konstruksiyası, şponlu MDF panellər və unikal dekorativ detallarla tamamilə yenidən təyin edilmişdir. "Philips" və "Jung" kimi premium brendlərin texnologiyalarına əsaslanan tamamilə yeni mühəndis-kommunikasiya (HVAC, işıqlandırma, elektrik) sistemi otağın kəsintisiz və təhlükəsiz fəaliyyətini təmin edir. Mərkəzə inteqrasiya olunmuş 6.5 metrlik xüsusi istehsal iclas masası və mebel həlləri ilə bu məkan, istənilən səviyyəli rəsmi görüşlərin ən yüksək standartlarda keçirilməsi üçün tam hazır vəziyyətə gətirilmişdir.
