Reconstruction Works at Veysaloglu Group Head Office

As the Man-G Design & Construction team, we have successfully completed our latest corporate project for “Araz Supermarket LLC.” Within the scope of the project, a comprehensive renovation and reconstruction of the executive office at the Veysaloglu Group Head Office, located in the Azure Business Center, was carried out in accordance with modern design standards.

Key Works Performed: To completely renew both the technical infrastructure and aesthetic appearance of the space, the following complex engineering and construction works were executed:

• Technical Infrastructure and Safety: The dismantling and reinstallation of fire sprinklers in accordance with the new ceiling structure, as well as the relocation and re-installation of air conditioning and ventilation lines, were ensured with full safety protocols.

• Ceiling and Decorative Constructions: Modern hidden lighting systems, curtain rails, and elevated ceiling systems were installed. Special attention was paid to architectural details during the gypsum board (drywall) installation.

• Artistic Decoration and Molding: Over 50 meters of molding work was completed on the walls and ceilings. By incorporating gypsum floral decorations and elegant 20 cm crown moldings, the room was imbued with a synthesis of classic and modern styles.

• Interior Features: An artificial fireplace was installed as one of the focal points of the room. Additionally, special custom gypsum constructions with hidden lighting for picture displays and line lighting systems were implemented.

• Flooring and Mobilization: The process of removing old coverings and preparing the area for the new design was completed in a short timeframe, in full compliance with all construction standards.
