By accessing the Man-G Design & Construction website and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these rules carefully before starting our collaboration.
Terms and Conditions
Project Execution and Approval
All architectural, design, renovation, and construction services are carried out only on the basis of an official contract signed between the parties and approved project-estimate documents.
• Verbal agreements have no legal force.
• Project execution begins only after the initial payment specified in the contract has been made and the sketch/plan has been approved.
01
Pricing and Payments
There is no standard pricing applied in the field of construction and renovation. The figures shown on the website or during preliminary discussions are of an approximate nature.
• The final amount is determined after an inspection of the site, taking exact measurements, and calculating the estimate.
• Payments are accepted in stages according to the schedule in the official contract.
02
Execution Time and Force Majeure
The project delivery time depends on the volume of work, material supply, and the specific requirements of the client.
• In the event of force majeure circumstances beyond our company’s control (severe weather conditions, natural disasters, global material supply delays), the extension of the execution period is carried out by mutual agreement of the parties.
03
Quality and Warranty
A technical warranty is provided for every project delivered by “Man-G Design & Construction” in accordance with the law and the official contract.
• The warranty is valid only if the operating rules of the construction site and renovation are properly followed.
• Damages caused by natural wear and tear and third-party interference are not covered by the warranty.
04
Cancellations and Modifications
Additional modifications made by the client during the course of the project may affect the approved budget and execution schedule.
• Any modification is accepted only with a written additional agreement.
• In case of cancellation of the contract in the middle of the project, payment for the work executed and materials ordered up to that point must be covered by the client.
