Job Responsibilities:

Quality management of incoming inquiries (leads) and converting them into sales

Deep analysis of customer needs (budget, taste, purpose of use)

Presentation of projects

Organizing site visits and professional presentations

Preparation of individual commercial proposals

Closing contracts and conducting negotiations

Maintaining contact with the client during the project period

Managing the customer database in CRM, tracking sales stages, and preparing reports on results

Providing ideas to increase sales performance
Candidate Requirements:
Experience and Knowledge:

Minimum 2-4 years of B2C sales experience
-
Experience in construction, renovation, or interior design – a big advantage

Experience working with high-budget clients
Skills:

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to work with objections and conduct negotiations

Understanding customer psychology

Ability to “close” the sale

Experience working with CRM

MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Understanding the sales process through social media
