Job Responsibilities:

  • Quality management of incoming inquiries (leads) and converting them into sales

  • Deep analysis of customer needs (budget, taste, purpose of use)

  • Presentation of projects

  • Organizing site visits and professional presentations

  • Preparation of individual commercial proposals

  • Closing contracts and conducting negotiations

  • Maintaining contact with the client during the project period

  • Managing the customer database in CRM, tracking sales stages, and preparing reports on results

  • Providing ideas to increase sales performance

Candidate Requirements:

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of B2C sales experience

  • Experience in construction, renovation, or interior design – a big advantage

  • Experience working with high-budget clients

Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to work with objections and conduct negotiations

  • Understanding customer psychology

  • Ability to “close” the sale

  • Experience working with CRM

  • MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Understanding the sales process through social media
