Job Responsibilities:

Full technical management of construction projects;

Preparation and analysis of project and estimation documents, and ensuring budget compliance;

Planning and supervision of the construction process and execution, as well as quality control;

Coordination of contractors and site teams;
-
Ensuring compliance with construction norms and rules, quality standards, and estimation requirements;

Operational and effective solution of technical problems;
-
Preparation of project reports and presentation to management.
Requirements for the Candidate:
-
Higher education in civil engineering or a relevant specialty;
-
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience;
-
Ability to work freely with project and estimation documents;
-
Ability to work freely in office programs (Excel at a high level);
-
Ability to work in AutoCAD and other engineering programs;
-
Deep knowledge of construction regulations, standards, technologies, and quality inspection;
-
High responsibility, agility, and result-oriented approach.
Preference will be given to:

Experience in participating in large-scale or complex projects;
-
Team management experience;
-
Ability to manage several projects in parallel.
