Job Responsibilities:

  • Full technical management of construction projects;

  • Preparation and analysis of project and estimation documents, and ensuring budget compliance;

  • Planning and supervision of the construction process and execution, as well as quality control;

  • Coordination of contractors and site teams;

  • Ensuring compliance with construction norms and rules, quality standards, and estimation requirements;

  • Operational and effective solution of technical problems;

  • Preparation of project reports and presentation to management.

Requirements for the Candidate:

  • Higher education in civil engineering or a relevant specialty;

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience;

  • Ability to work freely with project and estimation documents;

  • Ability to work freely in office programs (Excel at a high level);

  • Ability to work in AutoCAD and other engineering programs;

  • Deep knowledge of construction regulations, standards, technologies, and quality inspection;

  • High responsibility, agility, and result-oriented approach.

Preference will be given to:

  • Experience in participating in large-scale or complex projects;

  • Team management experience;

  • Ability to manage several projects in parallel.
