Key Responsibilities:

  • Full technical management of construction projects.

  • Preparation and analysis of project design and estimation documents, ensuring strict adherence to the budget.

  • Planning and overseeing the construction process, execution, and overall quality control.

  • Coordination of subcontractors and on-site field teams.

  • Ensuring compliance with construction norms, regulations, quality standards, and budget requirements.

  • Providing rapid and effective solutions to technical challenges.

  • Preparing comprehensive project reports and presenting them to senior management.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Higher education in Civil Engineering or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.

  • Proficiency in working with project blueprints and estimation (BOQ) documentation.

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (specifically high-level Excel).

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other specialized engineering software.

  • In-depth knowledge of construction regulations, standards, modern technologies, and quality assurance protocols.
