Responsibilities:

  • Planning, organizing, and overall management of construction projects

  • Ensuring project delivery within the approved budget, timeline, and quality requirements

  • Coordinating and reviewing project documentation (plans, working drawings, estimates, etc.)

  • Daily and regular monitoring of work execution on the construction site

  • Organizing and supervising the activities of contractors and subcontractors

  • Coordinating and collaborating with engineers, architects, technical supervision specialists, and other project stakeholders

  • Ensuring timely supply of materials and technical resources to the project

  • Identifying project risks and taking proactive measures to mitigate them

  • Ensuring compliance with state construction codes, norms, and regulations

  • Preparing and presenting regular project progress reports to senior management

  • Monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

  • Professional experience in the construction sector

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management

  • Strong knowledge of construction norms, codes, and standards

  • Proficiency in working with estimates, budgets, and work schedules

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and managerial skills

  • Experience in team management

  • Fluency in Azerbaijani is required; knowledge of Russian and English is an asset

  • Highly responsible, proactive, and result-oriented mindset

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a strong plus
