Responsibilities:

Planning, organizing, and overall management of construction projects

Ensuring project delivery within the approved budget, timeline, and quality requirements
-
Coordinating and reviewing project documentation (plans, working drawings, estimates, etc.)
-
Daily and regular monitoring of work execution on the construction site
-
Organizing and supervising the activities of contractors and subcontractors
-
Coordinating and collaborating with engineers, architects, technical supervision specialists, and other project stakeholders
-
Ensuring timely supply of materials and technical resources to the project
-
Identifying project risks and taking proactive measures to mitigate them
-
Ensuring compliance with state construction codes, norms, and regulations
-
Preparing and presenting regular project progress reports to senior management
-
Monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
-
Professional experience in the construction sector
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
-
Strong knowledge of construction norms, codes, and standards
-
Proficiency in working with estimates, budgets, and work schedules
-
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
-
Strong leadership, organizational, and managerial skills
-
Experience in team management
-
Fluency in Azerbaijani is required; knowledge of Russian and English is an asset
-
Highly responsible, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
-
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a strong plus
