Key responsibilities:

Planning, organization, and supervision of daily activities on the construction site

Ensuring the execution of works in accordance with project and estimation documentation

Management and coordination of the personnel working on-site

Coordinating works with contractors and subcontractors
-
Supervision of the quality of construction works and compliance with technical standards
-
Ensuring compliance with work schedules and preventing delays
-
Monitoring the correct use of materials
-
Ensuring compliance with technical safety regulations
-
Providing daily and weekly reports to management regarding completed works
-
Close cooperation with the project manager and engineering team
-
Promptly resolving technical problems arising on-site
-
Active participation in the preparation, verification, and approval processes of Form 2 and Form 3 documents
-
Ensuring compliance with construction norms and regulations
Requirements for the Candidate:
-
Higher education in civil engineering or a related field
-
Minimum 5+ years of work experience in construction (experience as a site manager or similar roles is a preference)
-
Ability to read projects and work with technical documentation
-
Deep knowledge of construction technologies and materials
-
Effective personnel management and leadership skills
-
Problem-solving and rapid decision-making ability
-
Ability to work with MS Office and engineering software (AutoCAD, etc.)

Knowledge and experience in construction safety regulations
-
High level of responsibility, precision, and discipline
