Key Responsibilities:

Prompt procurement of construction materials and other goods from suppliers in accordance with the procurement plan

Ensuring timely, safe, and loss-free delivery of materials to project sites

Conducting price research in the procurement process and supporting the identification of alternative suppliers
-
Verifying the compliance of purchased goods with the order (quantity, quality, specifications)
-
Transporting documents and small loads between the office and project sites
-
Timely execution of transport and procurement tasks assigned by management and the project team
-
Monitoring the technical condition of vehicles, performing daily inspections, and ensuring cleanliness
-
Planning routes effectively to optimize time and fuel consumption
-
Participating in domestic business trips when necessary
-
Proper submission of simple procurement reports and receipts
Candidate Requirements:

Relevant driving license (Categories B, C)
-
Minimum 3 years of work experience as a driver

Good knowledge of Baku city and the regions
-
Excellent knowledge of and strict adherence to traffic rules
-
Basic understanding of procurement and logistics processes

Physically healthy and fit for handling loads

Proactive, responsible, and disciplined
-
Ability to perform tasks accurately and on time
-
Proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles

Strong communication and organizational skills
Preference will be given to:

Work experience as a driver-procurement agent in the construction or logistics field

Experience in working with suppliers and conducting market research

Ability to perform initial technical inspections of vehicles and troubleshoot simple faults
